Once we gather all the details, we will develop a tailor-made recruiting plan just for you. Shortlisting and Verification of candidates

Finalising the job offer and follow-ups

For Contract Staffing once we get the confirmation from you, we perform the BGV check on the candidate and start our onbaording process. We follow-up very closely with candidates and keep you posted at regular intervals.

We also have an ongoing follow-up process where we work with you and the candidate to ensure that the on boarding process goes without a hitch.
